「30天有壞必換」：顧客在購買此產品後30天內（收據/發票上的購買日期起計），發現產品有任何非人為損壞的功能故障，顧客可以攜帶此產品及有關銷售收據/電子發票到本公司客戶服務中心更換。如無法出示相關購買記錄，本公司不會提供任何處理方案。

請注意：在購買日30天後，本公司對此產品不會提供任何形式的維修服務。

「30天有壞必換」不包括以下情況：

1    產品之任何部份有碎裂、水漬、腐蝕、裂痕、灼燒、 凹凸、損毀、不完整的零件及其他表面損壞。

2    人為意外、疏忽、不妥善按照產品使用說明書使用產品、輸入不適當的電壓、安裝或測試不當、擅自拆機、修理或改裝所造成之損壞；其他非由於產品本身的缺陷所引致之直接或間接損壞。

備注：此產品只能更換一次，如符合以上條件，客人需親臨客戶服務中心更換，並即場確認更換的產品操作正常。

“30-dayReplacement”: If the customer finds any malfunction in nature of theproduct within 30 days after purchasing (starting from the purchase date on thereceipt /invoice), the customer can bring this product and the relevant salesreceipt/electronic invoice to our customer service center for replacement. Ifthe relevant purchase record cannot be presented, the company will not provideany solution for the product.

Attention: The company will not provide any form of repair service for this product after 30 days from the purchase date.

“30-dayReplacement” is not applicable for the following conditions:

1    Any part of the product has cracks, waterstains, corrosion, burning, bumps, damage, incomplete parts, and other surfacedamage.

2    Malfunctions caused by misuse or abuse, notfollowing the user manual of the product, improper installation, operation ormaintenance, improper connections or peripherals, use of non-spare parts,service modifications or repair performed by a person not authorized by theCompany, or other conditions not arising from defects in product materials orworkmanship.

Remarks: This product can be replaced once only. If the above conditions are fulfilled, customers must visit the Customer Service Center in person to replace it and confirm that the replacement is in good condition.
